I bought a metal and wood shelf and it is of lousy quality. It is a 20€ shelf and I was aware that it was not going to be the best, but I expected a minimum. When I took it out of the box, half of the screws holding the shelves fell out and we had to disassemble and reassemble it. Also the metal was a bit twisted and it doesn’t stick well to the wall when hanging it. A horror.

I bought a sofa and they couldn’t bring it upstairs because the staircase is narrow. I live in a first floor apartment and they could have done it through the window. The transport company washes its hands and the store gives me a voucher to use…. What a scam! Really. I need the refund so I can buy it in another store.

Segunda entrega: Traen la alfombra. El armario está en el coche pero no tenían suficiente gente para subirlo a nuestro apartamento. ¿Qué clase de planificación es esta? Les dijimos por teléfono que el ascensor es pequeño y que estamos en el 4º piso.
Tercera entrega: traen el armario. Abren la caja en la planta baja y dejan un desorden absoluto en el pasillo. Muy poco profesional. Y por último, se olvidaron de entregar algunas de las piezas necesarias para fijar las patas en el armario. También nos encontramos con que la parte superior del armario no tiene la superficie acabada. Supongo que Maison du Monde piensa que nadie verá esto. Esto me parece realmente barato por su parte.
