The bonds must be constituted in cash as a non-interest bearing deposit at the Agencias de Vivienda y Rehabilitación de Andalucía (AVRA) belonging to the Consejería de Fomento y Vivienda de la Junta de Andalucía (Regional Ministry of Development and Housing of the Junta de Andalucía).

The deposit in a lease/sublease of housing amounts to one month’s rent, and to two months’ rent in the event that the lease/sublease is for a use other than housing.
Failure to comply with the obligation to deposit the security deposit, in the corresponding amount and within the established term, is considered a serious infringement, punishable with a proportional pecuniary fine of 50% to 150% of the amount of the security deposit not paid.
For payment purposes, you may request Form 806 for payment of the deposit, fill it out (the Deposits Section, with the original copy of the lease/sublease contract, may fill out Form 806) and pay the amount of the deposit at any collaborating bank.
4. Cadastral reference of the property object of lease/sublease (This identification code of the property is accredited fundamentally by means of the RECEIPT OF IBI -contribution- of the property or by means of CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE CATASTRO).
